UnitedCrowd may be a global platform for digital direct finance. We use blockchain technology to connect companies with investors to fund them.

We are registered as a German GmbH with headquarters in Cologne. As a German company with several years of experience, we have an outstanding network in Germany and Europe, where our main targets for tokenization services are located.

What is tokenization?

Tokenization is an automated solution for digitizing value, including all rights and obligations contained in these values, by issuing tokens that are registered over the distributed ledger technology (DLT) infrastructure. The tokens generated represent the digital types of these values, which can be sent over the blockchain.

With a tokenization framework, digital financial products - for example for corporate financing - are often issued. Existing financial products such as securities, assets, investments, etc., as well as tangible assets and new financing models are often mapped. This framework makes it possible to model financial products supported by blockchain technology and to automate them using smart template-based contract models, called smart contracts, and to map them into token types.

In close collaboration with international regulatory authorities, all contracts are validated for compliance with country-specific regulations and compliance with regulations. so that the token can fulfill its intended purpose and convey all stakeholders together.
